Plan
At Wedgworth, we’re passionate planners — this ensures efficiency and productivity throughout every step of the process. Our process begins with an introductory meeting to get to know you and the vision you have for your home. Whether you have land or not, Wedgworth can help with assessment or finding the perfect lot for your home. Then, we’ll help you determine the ideal size and level of amenities that suit your lifestyle and budget using our design list.
Design
Once we have a design list established, it’s time to design your plan. You’ll meet with our team to design your one-of-a-kind new home. We discuss options for materials and finishes, from doors and windows to wall colors, every aspect of the design is fully up to you!
Build
After your dream home is on paper, we’ll provide a cost estimate to verify it works with the budget. We’ll then finalize the plans, options and pricing and sign a contract to build your dream home. After signing the contract, we start the building process and the real fun begins, enjoy watching your dream home take shape!
